Therefore, we try our best to make sure our website reflects our inventory stock status as closely as possible. However, due to high volume of products we offer, some minor discrepancies may occur. We will notify you if any item ordered becomes backordered, and you may choose to wait for the item or cancel it. Please contact us directly if you'd like to cancel an order. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most gear when you order.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Toysonics.com partners with shipping industry leaders UPS, Fedex and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products. Items requested to ship Second Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping will be shipped by UPS or USPS. UPS, Fedex and USPS are utilized for Ground shipping. Please note that shipping charges will be calculated during checkout process and you will be able to compare the charges and delivery method at the time.

US Standard/Ground Delivery

If your order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, it will arrive at your shipping address in 1-7 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.)

Local Pickup

             PLEASE DO NOT COME TO OUR CITY OF INDUSTRY WAREHOUSE BEFORE CONTACTING US, AS YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE READY FOR PICKUP.

Local Pickup/Will Call is available at our City of Industry Warehouse. If you would like to pickup your order at our City of Industry Warehouse, please select "Local Pickup" as shipping method when you checkout. As some items may be located at our other warehouses, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is ready, our sales representatives will contact you to make pickup arrangements.

Backordered Products

A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order. Any none-cancelled backordered order will be sent out automatically immediately after we receive shipment from manufacturer.
